Fred, the owner of Mi Casa Home Inspections, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every inspection. After graduating from Inspection Support Services Inc. in 2017, Fred set out to provide thorough, reliable property inspections tailored to the needs of buyers, sellers, and property owners across British Columbia.
With a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Leon and over eight years of experience in construction, Fred’s understanding of building structures and systems is second to none. His work as a designer for Progressive Kitchens and Kirkwood Kitchens has further honed his eye for detail and precision, qualities he brings to every inspection.
Fred’s passion for excellence and dedication to transparency ensures his clients feel informed and confident in their property decisions.
